Greg replaced my flat roof in 2008. 10 year warranty. I called in June 2016 about leaks. Greg came out to look. He scheduled repair in two days. He did repairs as promised. I am very happy with Greg's quick response. I cannot tell if the repairs were successful because we have had no heavy rain since. I am certain, though, that Greg will respond if there are future leaks.
